Looks like things are still staying somewhat steady with some slight decreases in market time again.  Don't get too comfortable though, I have been hearing discussions of foreclosures having another influx into the market.  This should drive up market time & inventory again as this will be a result of the delayed foreclosures from the end of last year.  Remember when they stopped them for a short while, well it should be time for them to start hitting the market soon.
 
There is no doubt that this is a phenomenal time to buy.  Buy for less than you can rent, Invest & create a positive cash flow with a rental property, Move up....so many options...let me know if I can assist you in any way!  Have a great weekend!

The total number of single family homes on the market in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service is currently 30,267.
Slight increase since last week.    
We are seeing an average supply rate of  about 4 1/3 months.
The current number of pending sales are 9,085.  An increase since last week
The current number of pending listings that are “active with contingencies”, are 5,164.  An increase since last week
