With the shrinking inventory and being at the beginning of a new month we are seeing some slightly higher market time.  Properties continue to move very quickly and multiple offers and selling above list price remain common. 


Another incentive to buy is the rates are even lower!  If you are not buying, but waiting for the time to refinance and you have the value…this is the time to really look at doing something.  Don’t take for granted the down market because it is full of opportunity.  The rates are not just “good”, these rates are truly historically low and in my opinion being kept artificially low…it’s kind of like borrowing money from your parents!  I see new buyers getting in the 3’s and refinances for a second home (not even a primary residence) in the 4’s!!!
